The Ideal Fit
You have 8+ years leading marketing strategy and execution, ideally at the senior level (Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, VP, or CMO).
You’re a full-stack marketer — you know how to connect the big picture to the day-to-day.
You believe real marketing starts with journey mapping, positioning, and clarity — not random acts of busywork.
You love working directly with clients, digging into their business, asking the tough questions, and designing practical, ROI-driven plans.
You’re comfortable leading diverse teams — internal, outsourced, or hybrid — and aligning sales and marketing under one vision.
You have deep knowledge in at least one industry (e.g., B2B services, e-commerce, SaaS, professional services, healthcare, manufacturing) — we love strategists who bring industry perspective.
You value flexibility, independence, and trust — but want to be part of a collaborative team that supports your success.
What You’ll Do
Lead client engagements as the primary strategic advisor — you’ll build and present the plan, then guide execution alongside our production team and partners.
Work directly with clients to understand their business, target market, offers, and goals.
Develop clear marketing roadmaps, journey maps, messaging strategies, and campaign recommendations.
Oversee execution, keep teams aligned, track results, and continuously optimize.
Bring new ideas to the table, challenge assumptions, and always advocate for strategy first, tactics second.
