A full-stack digital marketer with over five years of experience driving results for agencies, Lavender plays a pivotal role in planning and executing integrated marketing strategies that help professional services firms grow and scale sustainably.
Her work spans the full marketing spectrum — from crafting targeted email campaigns in HubSpot and managing paid media on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google, to sourcing high-intent leads through ZoomInfo and curating brand messaging for R-Squared’s LinkedIn presence. With a strong foundation in both strategy and execution, Lavender thrives in fast-paced environments where she takes ownership of projects, collaborates seamlessly across teams, and continuously sharpens her skills.
